We will reserve the vehicle for you for 30 days from the date when payment of your reservation fee is confirmed by email.
How do I arrange a test drive?
When we contact you, we will arrange a test drive and demonstration of the car's features.
How do I pay the refundable reservation fee and how much is it?
After completing the reservation form, you will be contacted by one of our experienced sales people to take payment.
What happens if I decide I do not want the vehicle?
We’ll refund your reservation fee in full. You can cancel the reservation at any time, and we will refund the £99 in 3-5 working days. To cancel, simply contact Hyundai Birmingham West.
Is the reservation fee used as part of my deposit?
No, the reservation fee is only used to secure the vehicle. Once you make a decision on the vehicle, we will refund the reservation fee and the vehicle purchase will continue as usual as a separate transaction.
How long does the reservation fee refund take to process?
You can cancel the reservation at any time, and we will refund the £99 in 3-5 working days. To cancel, simply contact the dealership where the vehicle is located, just have to hand your reservation number, name and the vehicle you have reserved to help us identify you.
